I’ve been in data science consulting for 10+ years, and may be able to help you with your business problems. Here’s a sampling of some projects I’ve done:

  1. Designed and implemented a live scoring service in the call centers of a major manufacturer, achieving a 15% decrease in call handle time and a 30% increase in first call complete rate. Estimated savings of $500K in the first six months.
  2. Acted as clean room for a large merger, performing entity resolution on potential customer bases, calculating combined revenue projections for the first year, and recommending day one actions and allocations.
  3. Reverse engineered search algorithms for a CPG client and estimated the causal impact of the client’s possible changes - recommended two actions that led to changes in digital shelf strategies and an increase in sales of about 8% for the affected products.
